If not fully satisfied you may return any unused item within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange. (Shipping costs are not refundable).
As part of our shipment we include a preprinted return label along with instructions.

In the unlikely event that your purchase gets damaged, call us within 360 days from purchase and we will repair it for you.
Call us for an address, and mail all the parts properly insured along with proof of purchase.
Most of our products are one-of-a kind; if parts are missing we may have to make some substitutions.
Please keep in mind that jewels are not toys, and should be kept out of reach of children.
